Escape is an ideal choice for a variety of groups, including but not limited to both corporate and sport teams, or whether you are here for business or leisure.
What facilites are available?
Escape offers a range of facilities designed to enhace your stay and cater to your needs.
Our location offers the following amenities: a stand-alone pavilion (designed for meetings, workshops, and events), comfortable lounge and dining spaces, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, complimentary tea and coffee, as well as a continental breakfast. The bedrooms are furnished with both super king and single beds, with all linen provided, including blankets and complimentary robes.
Please note that while the Pavilion can be reconfigured to suit each group's needs, the tables and office chairs can only be removed from the room under special circumstances.
Do you have miniumum and maximum group number requirements?
For weekday Pavilion-only bookings, there is no minimum number of guests; however, a bulk price applies for the space, and complimentary tea and coffee are provided, catering may be available as an additional service. Accommodation may also be available during the week, but it requires a minimum of 6 guests.
Weekend stays require a minimum of 6 guests for 2 nights, with the Pavilion included at no extra charge for those staying onsite. A day rate is available for guests staying offsite who wish to join the group activities during the day.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in for accomodation is scheduled for any time after 3:00 pm and check-out time is required to be before 10:00 am.
If you would like to request an alternate check out time regarding your stay, please let us know when you book and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
What is catered for?
Escape provides a continental breakfast each morning during your stay, we also occasionally provide baked goods which are perfect for a quick and tasty snack.
You are more than welcome to externally source catering when booking and utilising the pavilion.
Is Wi-Fi available during our stay?
Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi access for all our guests at Escape.
Can we request specific room arrangements or configurations for our group?
You can absolutely request specific room arrangements or configurations for your group, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences. Though, all rooms will be twin shared if you have booked your stay for 10 guests.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, we have convenient on-site parking for our guests located near the entrance doors, ensuring a hassle-free experience during your visit.
Are there any accessible facilities for guests with mobility needs?
Escape is equipped with facilities to cater to guests with low mobility, including an accessible bathroom and shower stool for added convenience. The pavilion also has a ramp to its entry.
